Effective from Monday, 27 February 2023, interest rates will increase as follows for all existing Bluestone home loan accounts:
- All variable rates (except as otherwise mentioned below): increasing by 0.50%
- All newly settled variable loans that settled after Friday, 25 November 2022: increasing by 1.25%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Friday, 25 November 2022 when our rates were last increased, due to being in hardship, and that are no longer in hardship: increasing by 1.25%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Friday, 25 November 2022 when our rates were last increased, due to being subject to an active complaint, and that are no longer subject to an active complaint: increasing by 1.25%
