Campbell joined Bluestone in 2011 to run the capital management activities, focusing on credit related asset acquisitions and funding in the Australian and New Zealand Markets. In 2013 he became the General Manager for Australasia overseeing both the capital and asset management operations before becoming CEO in 2014 and rebuilding Bluestone’s mortgage origination business to what it is today.
Campbell brings with him 20+ years’ financial market expertise, with a solid base of experience in lending, portfolio management, capital marketing and fundraising. He has worked for a number of leading financial organisations including Challenger Financial Services, and National Australia Bank.
Campbell’s qualifications include; Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA).
Managing Director - New Zealand | JOINED November 2002
Peter first started at Bluestone in 2002 as General Manager, New Zealand before moving to Australia to establish Bluestone’s commercial mortgage business between 2006 and 2009. After a brief stint working for financial services institutions in Australia, Peter re-joined Bluestone in 2013 as General Manager Asia Pacific. He has since held the title of COO APAC, and in 2018 became Managing Director NZ.
As Managing Director for New Zealand, Peter is responsible for new mortgage origination, and all servicing and special servicing aspects for Australia and New Zealand.
With over 25 years in the industry, Peter brings a wealth of experience across the Bluestone group, and has held senior management positions across the financial services industry.
Tim re-joined Bluestone in September 2015, after a previous spell working for the group across a number of roles in both New Zealand and Australia. Tim has broad management expertise with a track record of delivering operational excellence right across the value chain.
An excellent communicator with more than 20 years experience working in Financial Services, Tim is passionate about making positive change and simplifying processes for customers and staff. He has previously held positions at ANZ, Genworth and Asteron working across operations,key account management and sales functions.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Waikato.
Iain joined Bluestone in 2019 to lead the Finance function. In this role, Iain is responsible for all parts of Bluestone’s finance team, including Financial Control, Statutory Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Group Tax, and Commercial Management. Iain brings significant experience of best-in-class finance functions and is utilising that knowledge and experience to enhance and build out the capability of the Bluestone finance function to meet the requirements of a rapidly growing and profitable business.
Iain has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, gained within a range of organisations. His previous roles include Financial Controller at Wizard Home Loans, Head of Financial Planning at GE Consumer Finance, Commercial Finance Manager at Woolworths (supermarkets division) and Deputy Group CFO at Flexigroup Limited.
Iain holds a number of tertiary and industry qualifications including a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from University of Glasgow, CPA associate membership and a Graduate Diploma in Investor Relations.
James joined Bluestone in October 2019 as Chief Customer Officer, with a remit to build best-in-class distribution processes and engagement models for Bluestone’s brokers and customers. With industry experience spanning over 20 years across Australia, Canada and the United States, James has an outstanding track record of leading highly successful home loan origination and servicing platforms, as well as leading large-scale operational teams, and developing strategic client relationships.
Most recently, James had a successful 16-year career at Macquarie Bank. As Co-Head of Personal Banking Intermediaries, James set the sales strategy for third party mortgage distribution and was responsible for generating growth from brokers and other intermediaries who distribute Macquarie’s home loan products. While at Macquarie, James was a key figure in rebuilding and positioning the Macquarie residential mortgage brand with brokers and driving book growth through that channel.
James attended The University of New England and Liberty University in the United States, and has a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in business management and leadership.
Jason joined Bluestone in December 2020 to lead the IT function. With over 20 years of international experience as a senior technologist, Jason brings a wealth of experience in platform and data engineering and organisational transformation.
In early 2019, Jason was appointed as Nimble Australia’s Chief Digital & Innovation Officer to lead the development of Nimble’s next-generation of neo-lending platform capability and, previous to that, held the roles of Head of Technology Innovation for Transurban (ASX:TCL) and Principal Consultant with ThoughtWorks (FinTech, Banking).
Jason has consulted and worked extensively in the US and EMEA working with global brands such as Amazon and eBay, US insurance giant Anthem, Standard Bank (South Africa), Danske Bank (Denmark) and various UK based lending institutions.
Jason holds a BSc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
Todd joined Bluestone in 2018 and is responsible for the Treasury, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Credit departments. Todd comes to his role with deep expertise in both the accounting and funding functions of the non-bank sector.
Todd has accumulated an impressive 30 years experience in the Financial Services industry since starting his career with KPMG in Australia and the US. Since 2004, Todd has held various CFO and Group Treasurer roles both in Australia and overseas, his most recent being the position of Group Treasurer of Pepper Group.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and is a Chartered Accountant in Australia.
Lynn joined Bluestone in 2019 to lead the Human Resources function. In this role, Lynn is responsible for strengthening Bluestone’s culture, attracting and retaining the best talent and building a safe and inclusive work environment. Lynn approaches challenges head-on and thrives when she is helping to grow and develop Bluestone’s people, both professionally and personally.
Lynn has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, in both the public & private sectors, gaining a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to lead transformational changes along the way. Her previous roles include Head of HR at Macquarie Pacific Funding, Director of HR for NSW Department of Finance, Services & Innovation, and General Manager of Human Resources & Communications for NSW Treasury Corporation.
Lynn holds several qualifications, including a Professional Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University, a Certificate in Financial Management from the Australian Institute of Management, and an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Claire became part of the Bluestone team in 2011. In 2013 she was relocated to Manila to establish a contact centre in the Philippines, which would become Bluestone’s first office in Asia. Under Claire’s management, the Philippines office services mortgage portfolios for AUS and mortgage and auto finance portfolios for NZ.
With over 15 years experience managing collections and customer service accounts, Claire has worked on portfolios for a wide range of UK financial institutions and auto finance companies. These include GMAC, BMW, Ford, LeasePlan, Bank of Scotland and Santander.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science and Forensic Measurement.

Colin joined Bluestone in 2015, and acts as the Group Head of Lending & Credit Risk. As a team-oriented leader, Colin boasts a successful track record of driving change, increasing productivity and lifting engagement.
With over fifteen years experience in residential mortgage lending, Colin has held several senior credit delegations. Prior to working with Bluestone, he was with NAB for seven years. During that time he was responsible for significant improvements in assessment quality standards, while at the same time growing volumes, reducing turnaround times and increasing broker satisfaction.
Colin recently completed his Diploma in Frontline Management and also holds a Masters Degree in Management Science from The University of Glasgow.
Jeremy joined Bluestone in 2019 to lead the marketing team, with a focus on improving customer experience, relevant storytelling and marketing technology.
He is a seasoned leader of marketing teams, with over 15 years of experience delivering commercial strategy, marketing solutions and campaign execution – earned across a broad range of industries including the Australian wine industry and the APAC Salesforce ecosystem.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Sydney.

Marj joined Bluestone in 2016. Responsible for all legal, risk & compliance matters throughout the Asia Pacific region, her interests lie in commercial and financial services law, risk & compliance.
With eleven years’ experience in the industry and having previously worked at the Credit and Investments Ombudsman and a commercial law firm, Marj brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to Bluestone.
Marj holds a Bachelor of Arts (major in Business Law), a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a graduate diploma in Legal Practice.
Sue joined Bluestone in 2019 to lead the fast-growing New Zealand BDM team. In this capacity, Sue heads up efforts to provide market-leading sales support and consistently exceed adviser expectations.
With 35 years’ financial services experience in New Zealand and Australia, Sue comes to her role with a deep understanding of effective operational management and relationship building, as connecting with people to help achieve their goals is one of Sue’s key drivers. Most of Sue’s roles have revolved around adviser and broker support, most recently as Senior BDM for ALI Group in Australia. Sue’s previous experience includes roles as Credit Advice Manager for Advantedge Group, Business Manager at PLAN New Zealand and Executive Secretary for NZMBA.
Sue holds several qualifications including Springboard, Investment Practice & Theory and a Certificate IV in Financial Services.
Hayley first worked at Bluestone NZ as a Loan Services Manager between 2004-2008. She is now Head of Servicing for New Zealand since rejoining in October of 2017.
She brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role, including a variety of front- and back- office roles at National Bank (now ANZ) and Kiwibank, including being apart of Kiwibank’s start-up phase. Prior to joining Bluestone she was the Operations Manager at Resimac.
Hayley studied Business Computing before transitioning into the finance industry.
Nicola first joined Bluestone’s lending team in August 2018 and took on the role of Head of Lending in February 2021.
She steered the NZ Lending team through the pandemic and post-COVID business recovery, ensuring the Lending team has gone from strength to strength..
Nicola has over 15 years experience in financial services and is passionate about helping borrowers realise their homeownership goals. Since moving to non-bank, she hasn’t looked back.
