Effective Wednesday, 24 August 2022, interest rates will increase as follows for all existing Bluestone home loan accounts:
- All variable rates (except as otherwise mentioned below): increasing by 0.60%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Tuesday, 26 July 2022 when our rates were last increased, due to being in hardship, and that are no longer in hardship: increasing by 1.20%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Tuesday, 26 July 2022 when our rates were last increased, due to being subject to an active complaint, and that are no longer subject to an active complaint: increasing by 1.20%
- All variable rates that are in 90+ days arrears: increasing by 0.60%
