Effective from Friday, 14 April 2023, interest rates will increase as follows for all existing Bluestone home loan accounts:
- All variable rates (except as otherwise mentioned below): increasing by 0.50%
- All newly settled variable loans that settled after Monday, 27 February 2023: increasing up to 1.75%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Monday, 27 February 2023 when our rates were last increased, due to being in hardship, and that are no longer in hardship: increasing by 1.00%
- All variable loans that did not receive a rate increase on Monday, 27 February 2023 when our rates were last increased, due to being subject to an active complaint, and that are no longer subject to an active complaint: increasing by 1.00%
